All deliveries are made between 7am - 4.30pm.

We do not have a tracking system and cannot guarantee an eta 

No apartment deliveries unless you know that they will 100% be home. This is because most apartments are locked and the driver is unlikely to be able to get in. This goes gated houses also.

No hospital deliveries at this time sorry.

Please be aware that if the driver is unable to get to the front door. We will call the recipient, please make sure that you write their number down. This is the only time that they wil be contacted. We understand we are a gift box so we keep it a surprise!
