FAQ 

Welcome to our FAQs page, we are currently on a trial basis with our deliveries so please bare with us. Things will change slowly.. follow us on instagram and facebook to stay updated. 

HOW DO I SELECT A DELIVERY DATE?
When at checkout you can select the next available day for delivery. Order before 3pm for next day delivery. If a day is not available that means we are either sold out, or you have missed the cut off time.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU DELIVER TOO?
Only Gold Coast at the moment. Please see delivery areas.

BUSINESS ADDRESS?
Definitely!
You MUST write NAME OF BUSINESS and OPEN HOURS

SCHOOLS?
Of Course, all school delivery’s will be left at reception for the recipient to collect.
You MUST write School Name and who it is for e.g Teacher, Student

HOSPITALS?
Not at the moment sorry

SHOPPING CENTRES?
Yes!
You MUST write NAME OF BUSINESS and OPEN HOURS
Please write clear instructions where to go, is it inside or outside, level 1 etc

UNITS/APARTMENTS?
Yes we can!
As these are No Access buildings, Someone MUST be home to receive delivery, or have an arrangement to leave with reception which you need to write in the notes at checkout.

CAN I REQUEST A DELIVERY TIME?
Due to the volume of orders, unfortunately this is not an option and will never be an option. 


Orders will arrive between 8am - 4pm on your selected date or during your Business Hours that you write down.

HOW DOES MY PACKAGE COME?
All donut boxes come as they are seen on the website, Shipping details will be attached for the delivery. Receipt and billing details are not attached. 

CAN I WRITE A PERSONALISED MESSAGE?

CAN YOU LEAVE THE BOX AT HOME?
Yes, if no one is home you will receive a phone call before we leave it at the door to ensure a safe place to leave it. If there is no place to leave it i.e Ants, No Shade etc a re-delivery fee of 30% of your purchase box plus standard delivery fee will occur.

Please be aware that our boxes come as they are, they do not come in a polystyrene box with ice in it, we have no responsibility for damaged goods once we have left it there.

I WROTE THE WRONG ADDRESS?
If you have put the wrong address down. Contact us immediately on 0424164272. If it has been successfully delivered we have no responsibility for this, you will need to collect it yourself in most cases. If we need to deliver to a different address on the day of delivery you will be charged with a re-delivery fee + 10% of your purchase box

DO YOUR BOXES HAVE NUTS?
Yes, Unfortunately all products may come in contact with nuts

GLUTEN FREE OR VEGAN BOXES?
At the moment we don't have any gluten or vegan options. Sorry !

HOW LONG DOES MY BOX LAST?
Our donuts are best consumed on the day of delivery. We do not recommend leaving them overnight. BUT if you must leave it overnight, fridge is best and be sure to bring the donuts back to room temperature before consuming as they will go 'hard'

Credit card, Bank Transfer, Paypal, Afterpay, (Get it now, pay over 4 weeks)

CORPORATE OR PR ORDERS
We certainly do! you can place your own branding and products within the boxes. Please email hello@doughnutworld.com.au with a brief including budget and we can arrange this.
